Returns policy

Returns will be accepted for any reason provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt. Please retain all original packaging and await our instructions concerning the method of return postage. We will ask you to email us photographs of any damage incurred in the post before a decision is made to return the item to us. Refunds will be issued when we have received the item back or on photographic evidence of postal damage. Other than postal damage items must be returned in their condition at the time of sale.

It is VERY IMPORTANT for buyers to obtain a certificate of posting and tracking information when returning an item, and this should be retained in the event of loss or damage on the item's return journey.

If an item is not in the condition described in the listing at the time of receipt by the buyer any return postage costs will be refunded in full - once we have received the item back to our premises. We will fully refund the original cost of the item plus outgoing postage but not return postage costs in all other circumstances.
